Counseling and Wellness Services: Coping with Stress Virtual Peer Support Group

Counseling and Wellness Services presents: Coping with Stress Peer Support Group

Let’s face it, life can be stressful. Sometimes we feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, on-edge, cranky, sad, angry, unmotivated, among many other feelings, when we are stressed. It can be difficult to know what to do to manage our stress, especially when we feel alone in our distress. Join us for a virtual peer support group to process experiences that trigger your stress and learn ways to manage your stress, all while improving your wellness and getting support from your peers.

Beginning Feb. 15, the Coping with Stress Virtual Peer Support Group will run for four weeks, meeting every Tuesday at 10 a.m.

In order to practice social distancing each session will be facilitated via Zoom and last up to 45 minutes.  Please note that we do require prior registration to attend the group. Currently registered students can contact Counseling and Wellness Services for more information or to register for the group! We look forward to working with you!
