15 Minute Cardio – HIIT Dance Workout
Juice and Toya picked 10 instrumental beats and mashed them together with 10 of their favorite exercises for a cardio-HIIT banger! This workout combines cardio movements with strength training for a complete high-intensity workout. This workout is not easy by any means, so Juice included a few modifications to help you manage through the workout. If you fall off beat, or run out of gas, no worries–just vibe to the music and pick back up when you can.
