Each week, Counseling and Wellness Services, will provide a post with information about ways to move your mental health. Resources and videos are from various YouTube exercise channels and the John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation, whose purpose is to “integrate salutogenic approaches, such as exercise, nutrition and mind-body practices, into treating mental illness and promoting mental wellness.”
