Every Monday throughout the semester, Counseling and Wellness Services offers virtual guided meditations, available through Student Announcements. The meditations are provided by The Honest Guys channel on YouTube. To learn more about The Honest Guys and their guided meditations, visualizations and guided sleep talk-downs, visit their website. We hope you enjoy Monday’s Minutes of Meditation as a way to relax and engage in a positive coping skill throughout the semester.

Reduce Panic, Anxiety and Worry (17 Minutes)
This gentle, healing, autogenic guided meditation to reduce Panic, anxiety and worry, utilizes a method that has been successfully used for many decades. It will take you into a safe, calm place where you can easily learn the practice of helping free yourself from panic, anxiety and worry through very specifically applied affirmations. Simply listen to the words of this guided meditation and use the methods explained within. This autogenic mediation is suitable for all people, and extremely easy to follow.
