Guided Meditation — A Time-Out by the Fire
Deep Relaxation Guided Meditation
(10 minutes)

As the temperature continues to drop and we enter the last few weeks of the semester, we bring you a deep relaxation guided meditation.  For those of you who are busy and only have a little time to spare, this 10 minute time-out guided meditation beside a warm fire in a cozy room will allow you to deeply relax and unwind.
