Counseling and Wellness Services teams with Student Activities to host De-Stress Week Activities

 

The end of the semester can be stressful. Finishing up projects, papers, and final exams, can leave one feeling stressed and overwhelmed. We want to help you, finish you semester strong and help you manage your stress!

Join us on the first floor of the campus center on Tuesday, Dec. 14, Wednesday Dec. 15 and Thursday, Dec. 16 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for some de-stressing activities like adult coloring, games, music and snacks!
