Sometimes you might be having a rough day / week, feel like you don’t belong, or sometimes just need a little pick me up. These weekly meaningful quotes and corresponding songs are aimed to help you get motivated for the week ahead and show that you are not alone with what you are going through!

During this busy and stressful finals period, it can be easy to become overwhelmed and have a hard time during this important week. However, it is important to remember why you are putting yourself through this stress. What were the reasons you came to Hudson Valley Community College? Why did you pick the program/track that you are in? Reminding ourselves of our goals and envisioning our futures can instill the motivation and drive we need to get through tough weeks like Finals.
