Wellness Wednesdays
Throughout the semester, the Counseling Services will be posting tips and videos to boost your mental and physical health!
Exercise not only improves your physical health, but it can have amazing benefits for your mental health. According to HelpGuide.org, exercise can assist us in managing our depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, PTSD and trauma, more effectively, in many different ways. It can even improve our resiliency, result in better sleep, foster a higher sense of self-esteem, lead to feeling more energized, and increase our focus and memory.
