Hudson Valley Community College currently has funding available for students who were enrolled in credit-bearing courses (and not exclusively online) during spring 2020 through the federal Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).
Students who were impacted by the disruption of campus operations who have allowable expenses are encouraged to apply. Allowable expenses include food, housing, course materials, technology, health care and childcare expenses.
Emergency funding may also be available for other impacted students via the Supplemental Educational Opportunity Program (SEOG) and the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation Student Emergency Fund.
