Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret

The film, Cowspiracy, exposes animal agriculture as the leading cause of deforestation, water consumption and pollution, generating more greenhouse gases than the transportation industry.
Kathy Stevens, founder and director of the Catskill Animal Sanctuary, is guest speaker and Demosthenes Maratos of the Sustainability Institute at Molloy College, who appears in Cowspiracy, also will attend.
