Skillful Customer Service — Tuesday, July 12 from 1 to 2 p.m. via Zoom
In this training, participants will be able to state three customer service expectations, list the steps in the customer contact sequence and identify behaviors that may cause hostility, as well as develop strategies for handling difficult customers and identify positive communication techniques to use with customers.
