A delicious, moist and tender roast is essential to a traditional family or holiday meal. In this vegan cooking course, we will create and eat a wonderful holiday roast and rich gravy for a perfect feast over the course of two and a half hours on one evening. The recipes are simple but effective, perfect for the home cook.
