Curriculog – the college’s Curriculum Management system gets a new look – the Common User Interface.
This weekend, Aug. 14 and 15, the Common User Interface will be enabled. All curriculum proposals, unlaunched and in the workflow, will take on the new interface. Please avoid using Curriculog during this time.
Key Common User Interface features:
- To open and interact with/edit a proposal simply click the proposal name in the proposal list. The proposal form will open on the left and the proposal toolbox on the right.
- The proposal toolbox shows tabs along the right side to navigate to Discussion, Status, Files, Decisions, and Custom Routes.
- Proposal form help text will always be visible in italics under each field where help text has been provided.
- Change to Existing and New Program Proposal forms display View Curriculum Courses and View Curriculum Schema in a tab format; and Preview Curriculum displays as a button at the top of the Major Requirement field.
Curriculog documentation has been updated to reflect the new interface and will be available in the Academic Senate Blackboard Community – Committees button -> Curriculum Committee folder -> Curriculog folder on Monday, Aug. 16. You will find guidelines for participants based on their role and other detailed instructional support documents.
