3.0 New Business – Proposal Updates/Requests
• 3.1 In moving forward to implement a change in prerequisite for CISS 250 approved November 25, 2013 effective Summer 2015, it was noticed that the course description on the course outline submitted with the proposal was not the current course description. In 2008 a proposal was submitted and approved for a change in course description and credit hours (3 to 4) effective Fall 2010. The outline submitted in the proposal November 2013 reflects the credit change but not the change in course description. A request was made to the responsible department to forward the correct outline showing changes approved since 2008 for proper documentation to move forward with implementation.
• 3.2 Discussion regarding request at a previous Senate meeting to include the committee vote on proposals in Discussion notes.
• 3.3 Discussion regarding questions raised concerning committee protocols

• 4.1 Revisit discussion on notification on proposals needing SUNY approval.
