3.1 New Course – PHED 205 Cuing Concepts for Fitness Professionals – Submitted by Chris Kelly
The department seeks approval for a new course.
3.2 Reintroduction of Course after 7 Semester Hiatus with 25% Content Change – PHED 150 Fitness Walking Cuing Concepts for Fitness Professionals – Submitted by Sheila Zotto
The department seeks to reintroduce this course that has not been offered in many years.
3.3 Change in Program Entrance Requirements – Early Childhood Administration Certificate -Submitted by Antoinette Howard
The requested change will allow students with more diverse educational backgrounds to enter the program.
3.4 Change in Program Entrance Requirements – Early Childhood AAS – Submitted by Antoinette Howard
The department recommends a change in entrance requirements to enhance the success of students in the program.
3.5 Deactivate Certificate– Bereavement Certificate – Submitted by Lori Purcell
The department seeks to deactivate this program due to consistently low enrolment.
3.6 Change in Degree Requirements – Liberal Arts and Science Mathematics and Science Honors Track – Submitted by Susan Kutryb
The department seeks to clarify the language in the degree requirements for the Honors Track.
3.7 Change in Degree Requirements – Nursing AAS – Submitted by Carol Bosco
The department seeks to clarify time restrictions on course requirements in the program.

The department is submitting this new course as a requirement for a new certificate and degree program being proposed concurrently.
3.9 New Course – CMHL 110 US Healthcare
The department is submitting this new course as a requirement for a new certificate and degree program being proposed concurrently.
3.10 New Course – CMHL 115 Healthcare Ethics
The department is submitting this new course as a requirement for a new certificate and degree program being proposed concurrently.
3.11 New Course – CMHL 200 Community Health Navigation
The department is submitting this new course as a requirement for a new certificate and degree program being proposed concurrently.
3.12 New Course- CMHL 201 Community Health Navigator Practicum
The department is submitting this new course as a requirement for a new certificate and degree program being proposed concurrently.
3.13 New Course – CMHL 205 Chronic Diseases
The department is submitting this new course as a requirement for a new certificate and degree program being proposed concurrently.
3.14 New Certificate – Community Health Navigation Certificate
The department is proposing a new certificate program in response to changes in the NYS healthcare system driven by the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) system requiring use of Community Health Workers (Navigators). Individuals will need a wide variety of knowledge and skills that this program will provide.
3.15 New Degree Program – Community Health Navigation AAS
The department is proposing a new certificate program in response to changes in the NYS healthcare system driven by the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) system requiring use of Community Health Workers (Navigators).
