Customer Service Task Force

I’m excited to announce that Dennis Wax, director of Strategic Planning, and Tony Nuvallie, assistant professor in the Criminal Justice and Business Department, will serve as co-chairs of the college’s new Customer Service Task Force.

The goals of the task force are to develop appropriate customer service standards and training for employees. These efforts will position employees to provide enhanced customer service and ensure a consistent and smooth experience for both internal and external constituents.
