Reminder: The deadline for 2015-2016 Bulmer Award nominations, recognizing a student’s outstanding accomplishment in library-based research, is Friday, April 29.
Faculty are encouraged to nominate students for the Dr. Joseph J. Bulmer Award for Excellence in Library Research online. The online submission form, criteria and deadlines can be found on the Bulmer Award Research Genius webpage.
The award winner will be recognized at the Student Honors and Awards Ceremony on Friday, May 13 and in the Commencement program. In addition, the recipient’s name is included on a perpetual plaque in the Marvin Library and a monetary sum will be presented to the recipient from a fund managed by the college’s Foundation.
We also are very excited to now offer an online, self-nomination option for students, also found on the Bulmer Award page. Feel free to share this information with your students.
