Debby Gardner will retire from the college at the end of May, following 22 years of service in our Communications and Marketing office. Please feel free to stop by our suite (FTZ 330) today, May 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to wish her the best. We’ll have pizza, cake and cookies around noon for everyone to enjoy.
Debby brought a wealth of experience in the arts, education and news media to the college when she was hired. And, for more than two decades, she has generously shared her many talents and energy with the college community. Along the way, she’s led many notable endeavors, including writing and editing the daily Campus Chronicle and managing the Cultural Affairs events promotion, to name just two, while providing exceptional support to her colleagues throughout campus.
Those who know Debby will attest that she’s extraordinarily capable and dependable, and truly cares about our students, faculty, staff and the college as a whole. We have been so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with her for so long. Please join us to congratulate her as she retires following an exemplary career at Hudson Valley.
