On Jan. 13, during Hudson Valley Community College’s Intersession, the Dental Hygiene Department hosted Questar III New Visions Medical Program.
Department Chair Tammy Conway, along with faculty members Jennifer Walker and Jeff McMinn, dedicated a full morning to introducing local high school students to the science, technology, and hands-on clinical application of dental hygiene. The faculty members shared personal experiences on career pathways in the field of dental hygiene, as well as college initiatives to support student retention and persistence.
