Donate your iced-drink cups to the HVCC Chemistry Club

Want to do something with your iced-drink cups other than just throw them away?

Donate your used (and cleaned) iced-drink cups from Dunkin’, Starbucks, Cumberland, etc. to the HVCC Chemistry Club. We plan to create Beaker Planters to give away at the Earth Day celebration on campus in Spring 2023. This is a great way to give plastics another use before they get to the landfill!

Washed cups (any size is fine) may be delivered to Dr. Danica Nowosielski, co-advisor of the Chemistry Club. Her office is in SCI 367 (inside Suite 359) of the Science Center.  Contact her (d.nowosielski@hvcc.edu) with any questions or to arrange a pick-up of the cups you have to donate.

P.S.  The Chemistry Club is still accepting seed donations as well.
