The college’s electronic form system, Dynamic Forms, will be undergoing scheduled upgrades by the vendor at 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 7. The vendor indicates that the system will be down for about 30 minutes.
The Dynamic Forms Dashboard as well as the following active form will be unavailable during this time:
- Payroll Authorization for Department Use 2021-2022
