The Office of Human Resources has updated many of the forms the campus community uses regularly. They are now fillable and can be electronically signed. This will improve and enhance most commonly used processes, i.e. Payroll Authorizations.
Please delete all prior forms you may have saved on your computer and only use the updated forms located on the Human Resources webpage.
You can access the updated forms from the campus directory. Go to Human Resources, then to Employee Information and Handbook, Current Employees Only and login. You will first see the instructions on how to use and sign the fillable PDF forms. All of the forms are located under each appropriate area.
We encourage the campus community to use these new electronic forms instead of paper forms.
