Item 14 on the survey — “The overall accessibility of the campus”— was inadvertently omitted from Table 2: 2016 Responses Ranked Lowest Satisfaction to Highest Satisfaction. Item 14 is now included in the table as the final item.
Additionally, please note that Table 2 represents each item on the survey in order of its 2016 satisfaction mean, with lowest ranking satisfaction ratings at the top of the table and highest at the bottom. In other words, item 6 “College efforts to promote communication and cooperation among administrative and academic departments/units,” first item of the table, scored lowest in terms of satisfaction in and item 14 “The overall accessibility of the campus,” the last item of the table, scored highest in terms of satisfaction.
