Employee wellness activity on June 5

 

Please join us for a Relax — Recharge — Refocus session on Tuesday, June 5 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Wellness Center, Siek Campus Center, suite 270.

Participants will learn how to de-stress during the work day using three breathing techniques to (1) relax the body and calm the mind, (2) recharge and revitalize the energy system bringing mental clarity and alertness and (3) refocus and re-balance the mind which helps to develop concentration. Also, you will learn stretching yoga postures you can do at your desk.

Only 25 people can be accommodated, so please reserve your spot by emailing Kristin Miller (k.miller@hvcc.edu).
