The COVid-19 Vaccination process has begun. Appointments to get the vaccine are required and limited.
Hudson Valley Community College will allow all employees to take up to four (4) hours of paid leave without charge to their leave credits for purposes of obtaining the COVid-19 vaccine.
There are two (2) doses required for the vaccine and employees will be granted up to four (4) hours for each of these appointments.
A copy of the COVid-19 Vaccination Record Card will suffice for documentation to authorize the leave. The time posted in KRONOS should be tagged CV-Admin.
