Just a reminder that the deadline for students to register to attend one of the four in-person Commencement ceremonies is Monday, May 3.
Students who would like to attend an in-person ceremony must register to do so at www.hvcc.edu/commencement/on-campus.html
NOTE: Class of 2020 graduates are also invited to participate, as the college was not able to host in-person events last year.
Each graduate will be permitted to bring two guests to their on-campus ceremony. All four ceremonies will be live streamed online as well.
COVID-19 Health Screening and Testing/Vaccination requirements are in place for anyone attending an in-person event. Graduates, guests and employees will be required to submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a recent negative PCR test result, and pass a health screening process, before being admitted to the ceremony, per New York State Department of Health guidelines. NOTE: Current students have the option to participate in pooled surveillance testing in the Campus Center from May 10 to noon on May 12.
