The Capital District Educational Opportunity Center kicked off its 50th anniversary year with an open house and party Tuesday in Sharp Hall at the EOC’s Troy site at 431 River St.
More than 60 retirees, students, staff members, as well as Hudson Valley Community College employees, attended the inaugural event.
