On Wednesday, Nov. 8, the Educational Opportunity Center will host a memorial service for Richard Spence, who served as coordinator of Student Services for more than 20 years. Rich retired from the EOC on Sept. 30, 2016, but continued working with the EOC on a part-time basis.
The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. in the EOC’s Sharp Hall and will be followed by light refreshments.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that a donation in Rich’s name be made to the American Red Cross, a favorite organization of Rich’s.
