The college is rolling out a new online system for parking management. In order to make sure we have current information recorded for your vehicle, all employees MUST sign into the system, located in WIReD, and enter their current vehicle information.
This new system will offer a more streamlined process for vehicle registration and enforcement for faculty, staff and students. It will not impact the functionality of your current hangtags for the parking garage or other parking access devices. New employees who need garage access will still need to contact Public Safety in order to receive a hangtag or access device.
STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE(S)
- From the college homepage, go to “I am a Faculty and Staff Member…”
- Click the WIReD – Register and Access your Records link
- Continue to WIReD homepage and log in to WIReD
- Choose Employees link
- Choose “Register My Vehicle” (Please note: You will need to know your vehicle plate # to complete the registration)
NOTE: Those who do not have access to WIReD can register vehicles at https://hvcc.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal.
