Fall 2022 Degree/Certificate & Micro-Credential Application Deadline
This is a reminder that the degree/certificate and micro-credential application deadline for Fall 2022 is Monday, Dec. 5, 2022.
If students plan on completing an associate degree, certificate and/or micro-credential requirements in December, a student must submit a completed degree/certificate and/or micro-credential application to the Registrar’s Office by 5 p.m. on Mondy, Dec. 5.
Degree/Certificate Application Process
In order to complete the degree/certificate and/or micro-credential application process, you must obtain approval of your advisor or department chairperson on the application. After you have downloaded and completed the application, send it to your academic advisor or department chairperson as an attachment to a message from your Hudson Valley student email account. After review and approval, the completed application must be forwarded to the Registrar’s Office (registrar@hvcc.edu) no later than the close of business on Monday, Dec. 5, 2022. A student may complete the process in-person with valid photo ID.
Micro-Credential Application Process
Submission of the application does not guarantee awarding of the micro-credential. Please review micro-credential requirements in the College Catalog (https://catalog.hvcc.edu/) to confirm that you have met all requirements.
If you are currently matriculated in a degree or certificate program, please complete the micro-credential application with your advisor as indicated in the degree/certificate application process above.
If you are a non-matriculated student (not seeking a degree or certificate), please contact an advisor in the Office of Continuing Education via email at coned@hvcc.edu or by phone at (518) 629-7338 to review micro-credential requirements.

Applications received after Dec. 5 will be considered for Spring 2023.
