A friendly reminder that TechSmith Knowmia access will end at the close of business (4 p.m.) on Thursday, June 30, 2022.
Important Information
- All video/media content on TechSmith Knowmia created before March 13, 2022, has been transferred to our new platform YuJa. You do not need to move this content.
- If you did not create a YuJa account, do so now:
- Go to hvcc.yuja.com and select the Sign In button
- Enter your HVCC credentials, and your Media Library will appear
- If you do not see your video/media content in your YuJa Default folder, please open a help desk ticket to request the pairing of your content with your account.
- Before we can pair your content, you need to create an account.
- Sometimes, the content migrated into your YuJa account is a few clicks within your Default folder. Please double-click your folder a few times to ensure that your videos/media are there.
- If you created content in Knowmia after March 13, 2022, that content is not in YuJa, and you will need to download it from Knowmia and import it into YuJa.
- If you have YouTube video links within Knowmia, they are not in YuJa and need to be recreated. We can provide a list of YouTube video links to assist you. Please open a help desk ticket.
