Just a reminder, the Fitness Center is open and is free to employees and students.
Hours are posted outside the McDonough Sports Complex and Hudson Hall Fitness Rooms, as well as on the Facebook page (find link below). Current hours and any last-minute changes will be posted on Facebook, so be sure to follow our page! Schedules for the month of January are posted for both fitness rooms, McDonough and Hudson Hall.
