Time: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Location: Siek Campus Center (first floor)
Please pre-register to get vaccinated by contacting Health Services at (518) 629-7468 or healthservice@hvcc.edu.
Cost With insurance:
The vaccine is covered with a $0 copay under most health insurance plans.
Cost Without insurance:
The price for the influenza vaccine is $44 for those without health insurance.
(For those over 65 years of age, the cost is $82.)
Why get a flu vaccine?
During 2020-21, getting a flu vaccine is more important than ever to protect yourself and the people around you from flu, and to help reduce the strain on healthcare systems still responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. Flu vaccination has important benefits. It can reduce flu illnesses, doctors’ visits, and missed work and school due to flu, as well as prevent flu-related hospitalizations and deaths.
