Take advantage of free workshops on Microsoft Office now through Dec. 13!
The SUNY ATTAIN Computer Lab at the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is offering free workshops that will provide brief introductions to the four most common Microsoft Office programs used by businesses today: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
The workshops will be held on the following Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 7 p.m.:
(Registered individuals may choose to attend in person at the EOC, located at 431 River St. in downtown Troy or virtually via Zoom.)
- Nov. 8 – Just the Basics: PowerPoint
- Nov. 15 – Just the Basics: Outlook
- Nov. 22 – Just the Basics: Word
- Nov. 29 – Just the Basics: Excel
- Dec. 6 – Just the Basics: PowerPoint
- Dec. 13 – Just the Basics: Outlook

To be eligible for free ATTAIN Computer Lab workshops, you must be:
- at least 17 years old
- a New York State resident
- enrolled with the ATTAIN Computer Lab (Your registration confirmation email from EventBrite will give you instructions on how to enroll if you have not already done so. If you are already an enrolled ATTAIN lab participant, you DO NOT need to enroll with ATTAIN a second time.)
Parking is available and multiple buses stop in front of the EOC (431 River St.,Troy). The ATTAIN Lab is located on the second floor, room 239.
