The Voices: A Library Lecture Series Committee is pleased to present “Freedom of the Press and Our Right to Know” by Mark Mahoney today from noon – 12:50 p.m. in the Bulmer Telecommunications Center Auditorium.
Mr. Mahoney is winner of the 2010 Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Writing. He is a writer for the Glens Falls Post-Standard and will discuss citizens- rights to know and the secrecy of local and state government using examples of his own investigative reporting. A question and answer session will conclude his presentation.
