Frank Vumbacco, a former custodial supervisor in HVCC’s Physical Plant, passed away recently following a long illness. In an effort to help Frank’s family meet still mounting costs associated with his illness, Frank’s friends will be holding a fundraiser on Thursday, Oct. 7, at the Italian Community Center located at 1450 5th Avenue in downtown Troy.
A ziti and meatball dinner will be served from noon until 7 p.m. with take-out being available all day. There will also be raffles and a silent auction. The cost is $10 per person. For info and tickets, please contact Neil Kelleher @ x7464 or Clem Campana @ x7559.
