Family and friends of Phillip Rotella, a Hudson Valley student who died suddenly in early 2012 from Cardiac Arrhythmia and Mild Cardiac Hypertrophy, are hosting a picnic on Sunday, Aug. 12 to raise funds for SADS (Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome) research.
