College trustees, Foundation directors, special guests, employees and local media attended an event Thursday at TEC-SMART in Malta as Hudson Valley Community College and GlobalFoundries announced a partnership to create a new Training and Apprenticeship Center in Malta that is part of a $12.5 million HVCC North expansion project. GlobalFoundries contributed $500,000 to the initiative.
