Throw an electronic item into the garbage and you will potentially release lead, cadmium, beryllium and other hazardous wastes into the environment. Instead, bring your unwanted electronics to Hudson Valley Community College’s recycling day on Friday, Oct. 29 from noon to 5 p.m. You’ll be glad you did.
