Click on the “Learning Centers — Math” link on your “Home” tab in the MyHudsonValley Portal/Blackboard under “My Organizations.” Then:
1. Follow the green “LIVE Tutor is IN!” button that appears when a Math Specialist is present and waiting for YOU — Monday and Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. or Tuesday and Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m.
2. Post a question on the Discussion Board. A Math Specialist will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. Check out the green folders on the left side of your screen for helpful materials related to your class.
If you are not yet signed up for “The Learning Centers – Math” organization, here are the 4 steps:
1. Login to MyHudsonValley Portal/Blackboard.
2. Click your “Community” tab.
3. In the “Academic Support” box, click the “Learning Centers – Math” link.
4. On the “Self-Enrollment” screens, click “Submit” and “OK.”
Then, when you need Math help, come get some!
