The Animal Outreach Club , in conjunction with Don Cook Jewelers, is accepting gold, silver and costume jewelry, and donating the proceeds to Caring Heart Horse Rescue.
The Caring Heart Horse Rescue operates solely on donations and is a registered not-for-profit organization with the mission to provide a safe haven for unwanted, abused and neglected horses.

If you would like to donate some old jewelry or have questions, please contact Val Waldin, 629-7319 or v.waldin@hvcc.edu. If you bring jewelry directly to Don, he will issue you a receipt for tax purposes. Don Cook Jewelers is located at 1 Agway Drive in Rensselaer (8 to 10 minutes south on Route 4).
