The Rensselaer County Department of Health has announced a COVID-19 Vaccination Day specifically for Hudson Valley Community College and the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center to dispense 560 first-dose Pfizer vaccines on Wednesday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the McDonough Sports Complex.
All HVCC and EOC students, faculty and staff are welcome if eligible, as well as those with children (16-18 years old). Children must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian. All who plan to attend, including minors, should register for a time slot at the following link:

The vaccines are free, but participants (or those accompanying a minor) must present a photo I.D. and insurance card to participate.
Second-dose appointments will be scheduled for the same time at the same location on Wednesday, May 19.
