Due to the budgetary issues facing the college and unfilled vacancies, the Enrollment Information Center in the lobby of the Guenther Enrollment Services Center is unable to be staffed in the lobby location. The services provided at the information center have been moved to the Registrar’s Office.
The physical counter has been removed from the lobby. As such, please do not refer students to that location any longer but rather, to the Registration Information Center in the Registrar’s Office.
Students who need WIReD assistance or username/password information should be referred to the Registrar’s Office. During peak registration periods, we expect to continue printing student schedules at a portable kiosk in the lobby, as we did before the information center was moved to the lobby location. During off-peak times, students will be able to obtain a schedule directly at the Registrar’s Office.
The phone number for the information center will remain the same; the calls from this call center will be answered by the Registrar’s Office.
As you update publications, please remove any reference to the information center in the lobby area. If students have questions about your particular areas, the publications should refer them to your general office number. If your publication referred students for WIReD or username/password assistance, the referral should be to the Registration Information Center in the Registrar’s Office.
