Have you met a teacher who has made a difference in your life?

If so, please consider nominating him or her for the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, March 14.

Have you met a teacher who made a difference in your life? Nominate a teacher for the Excellence in Teaching Award.CRITERIA

  • Exceptional teaching, demonstrated by innovative, student-centered methods.
  • Effort and performance that goes above and beyond what is expected.

TO NOMINATE

  • Organize a packet with other students for the chosen professor, specifically stating how he/she meets the criteria.
  • Packet should include multiple letters of support from students, faculty, department chair, and staff.
  • Packet must include organizer’s contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • A checklist is available to help in compiling your nomination packet (available in Brahan 008).
