For those who are not familiar with the Instructional Resources Committee (IRC), we are a standing committee of the Academic Senate that oversees technology and classroom resources for the college.
If you have any problems with an instructional space, please choose one of these two avenues to solve it:
- Physical spaces – please continue to use the Physical Plant work order system (through your department chair or supervisor) for issues like desk types, number, shades, or anything physical in that space.
- Technological resources – please continue to use the ITS Ticket System to report issues for the consoles, displays, or digital access.
- Any issues that are not resolved in a timely manner should be referred to me or to the IRC’s monthly Classroom Review.
The Instructional Resources Committee (IRC) will meet next on Monday, March 7 at 2 p.m. on Zoom.
