Author Vernon Benjamin, who has researched and lectured on the history of the Hudson River Valley for many years, will hold a talk about his latest book — “The History of the Hudson Valley: From Wilderness to Civil War” — on Tuesday, Sept. 22 from 7 to 9 p.m.. at the East Greenbush Community Library, 10 Community Way, East Greenbush.
