The Hudson Valley Community College men’s hockey team (3-1) defeated Mohawk Valley Community College (0-4) 10-4 on Tuesday evening.
Matt Wagner (LaSalle Institute/Clifton Park) led the Vikings with a hat trick, and Mike Sablesak (Syosset/Syosset) and Greg Unger (Oswego/Oswego) added two goals. Also scoring for the Vikings were William Huber (Arlington/Hopewell), Mason Goss (LaSalle Institute/East Greenbush), and John Garro (Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown).
The Vikings travel to Monroe on Saturday and Sunday for games at 7 p.m. and 2 p.m.
