As a reminder, beginning at noon on Thursday 10/28, employees will be required to use Multifactor Authentication logging into Microsoft Office 365 applications including email. We have prepared a step-by-step instruction guide for configuring MFA using the MS Authenticator app which is available for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage everyone to configure MFA before the Oct. 28 deadline. You can configure it now to get it out of the way.
Simply visit https://aka.ms/MFASetup from a computer to set it up, and make sure you have your mobile device handy.
