In its Sept. 24 edition, The Troy Record reported that the Hudson Valley Community College Foundation presented its 2023 Outstanding Philanthropist Award to Ellen Sax, vice president for Community Engagement at MVP Health Care. The award was presented at a reception held Sept. 7.
