Faculty and staff are invited to an introductory open house for the new HVCC Makerspace, today from Noon to 1 p.m. There will be food and an opportunity to try out some of the equipment.
The HVCC Makerspace is a new resource being developed on campus. Many people, including Joe Dana, Linda Lim, administration, and numerous student groups, have worked hard to refurbish the space located in Hudson Hall, room 134, with 3D printers, a plotter, laser cutter, sewing machines, button makers, and other equipment for the HVCC community to use for both class and personal projects.
This event is for faculty and staff only. Please RSVP to Linda Lim at l.lim@hvcc.edu or Debra Costa at d.costa@hvcc.edu. RSVPs are encouraged but not required. We hope to see you there!
